Where we ship

We deliver across India. Some remote pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable for cash on delivery; we'll let you know if that affects your order.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹1,000 or more (any 2 or more patches): free delivery.
Orders under ₹1,000: ₹100 standard delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere after dispatch. These are estimates; courier delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or other disruptions.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD orders may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email and/or SMS once your order ships.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete or no one is available after the courier's attempts, the parcel may return to us. We can re-ship it for the shipping charge, or refund prepaid orders minus shipping costs.

Damaged parcels

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please note it with the courier or refuse delivery, and email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund policy for details.
