These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from OMG Patch, operated by Sehat India Pvt Ltd, Subhash Nagar, Block 2, H.No. 67, New Delhi 110027, India ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy.

1. Our products

OMG patches are daily wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. Results vary from person to person.

2. Using the products safely

Read the directions and precautions on the product page and tin before use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and stop using a patch if irritation develops. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Some products have additional precautions listed on their product page. The Passion patch is for adults 18 and over only. Keep all products out of reach of children.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts shown on the site (for example, savings on 2 or 3 patches) are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if delivery to your address isn't possible; you'll receive a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Offers and codes

Welcome offers and discount codes are for personal use, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and can't be exchanged for cash. We may end or change an offer at any time.

7. Content on this site

All text, images, designs and trademarks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it is your own and give us permission to display it on our site and social channels.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
