How to use+
Wipe a hair-free spot (upper arm, shoulder or lower leg) with an alcohol wipe and let it dry. Peel one patch and press it on firmly for 10 seconds. Wear it for 2–12 hours, as suits your day. Depending on your skin, sweat and the heat, it may start to lift after a few hours. That’s normal: just peel it off. Use daily for the most consistent results, or on days you need an extra boost.

How to use.
Lagao aur bhool jao. One patch a day, before you head out into the city. Use it daily for the most consistent results, or on days you need an extra boost.
Peel one patch from its pouch.
Wipe a hair-free spot with an alcohol wipe, let it dry, then press firmly.
Upper shoulder or arm works well. Keep it on for 2–12 hours. If it lifts early, that’s normal.
Peel off gently. Tomorrow, try a new spot: the other shoulder, arm or just above the ankle.
Tips for a better stick
Clean, dry skin. Wipe the spot first (an alcohol wipe removes oil) and let it dry fully.
Hair-free spot. Inner wrist, upper arm, shoulder, shoulder blade or lower leg.
Press firmly. Smooth it down for about 10 seconds for full contact.
No lotion on the spot. Creams and oils stop the patch from sticking.
Rotate daily. Use a new spot each day to keep skin happy.
Precautions. Patch-test first. Don’t apply to broken or irritated skin, and remove if irritation occurs. If you’re pregnant, nursing, under 18 or on medication, check with a doctor first.

Does it replace my mask or air purifier?+
No. On high-AQI days, keep wearing a good mask outdoors and follow local advisories. Urban Shield is a daily wellness ritual that adds vitamin D3, K2 and antioxidant ingredients to your routine. It doesn’t filter or block pollution.
Why a patch instead of a pill?+
A patch skips the digestive system. It goes on your skin, not through your stomach, so nothing is swallowed or broken down by digestion first, and there’s nothing to time around meals. You peel, stick and wear it for 2–12 hours.
Does a patch really work through the skin?+
Skin patches are a well-established format: nicotine and pain-relief patches have been used for decades. Urban Shield releases its ingredients slowly over hours of wear, without going through your stomach. It’s daily wellness support, not a medicine, and how much passes through skin differs by ingredient.
How much vitamin D is in each patch?+
Each patch contains vitamin D3 1,000 IU and vitamin K2 (MK-7) 75 mcg. If you already take a vitamin D supplement or have had a low vitamin D test result, check with your doctor about your total daily intake.
When should I wear it?+
In the morning, before you head out or start a long indoor day. Wear it for 2–12 hours. It’s made for daily use.
My patch came loose after a few hours. Is that okay?+
Yes, that’s completely normal. How long it stays on depends on your skin, sweat and the weather. For the best hold, wipe the spot with an alcohol wipe, let it dry, and press the patch down firmly for 10 seconds.
Can I use it with Chai Energy?+

Should I patch-test first?+
Yes, if it’s your first time. Apply one patch to a small area and wait 24 hours. If you notice irritation, remove it and don’t continue use.
Can I shower or work out with it on?+
The adhesive is water-resistant, so a quick shower or workout is fine. Avoid soaking, swimming or heavy friction on the spot.
How many patches are in a tin?+
Each tin has 30 patches in numbered pouches, one for each day.
Who shouldn't use it?+
Don’t use it if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. Check with your doctor first if you take blood thinners such as warfarin (vitamin K2 can affect them), diabetes medication, or have an autoimmune condition or other medical condition. Don’t apply to broken or irritated skin, and keep out of reach of children.
